Steve Tollers is one of the master cheesemakers at the last remaining cheese factory in Burnett County, in the far northwest corner of Wisconsin.  The patron-owned Burnett Dairy Co-op is the modern day legacy of the Branstad and Wood River creameries, and uses milk from its patrons to produce its award-winning cheeses. Burnett String Cheese is winner of numerous national and international awards-most recently 3rd place for the Pepper String in the 2010 World Championship Cheese contest.
