Our Guarantee Every shipment made within the 48 continental states is guaranteed to be delivered in satisfactory condition. We ship via the United States Post Office or UPS, depending on such factors as distance and time-in-transit concerns. We need complete and correct addresses in either case, as we cannot be responsible for late or non-delivery when the address given to us is incomplete or incorrect. Either service is likely to leave the package at the address at the discretion of the carrier on the route---signatures are not routinely required. We suggest that you consider giving us a business or office address where someone will be able to accept and properly refrigerate the perishables upon arrival. Another option would be to inform your recipient of the anticipated arrival date so as to achieve the same goal. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value, if necessary, and all prices are subject to change without notice. We also time your shipment to avoid having the packages be out over the weekend---see the map at the bottom of the page for estimated time in transit and shipping options.
Package Details Each package to a single address is treated as a separate unit for the purpose of determining shipping & handling charges from the shipping chart below, which are calculated on total package weight. Multiple items to one address may result in package weights less than those quoted. If so, we will recalculate the weight of the package and only charge you for the actual weight of the package. Remember! - Only 1 shipping address per package. If shipping packages to more than one address, fill out the "ship to" portion of the order form with second and subsequent recipient information.

We will gift wrap or gift box any of the other items for an additional charge of $4.00 per package. Indicate your desire to have us do so by including on the order form the word GIFT as the item number and the $4.00 charge in the amount column when you total you package cost. We will enclose a gift card with each order if you wish, simply indicate the message and signature in the space on the order form. Orders place by December 5th are guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
