Shipping Information & Charges

Every shipment made within the 48 continental states is guaranteed to be delivered in satisfactory condition.

We ship via the United States Post Office, and we need complete and correct addresses to do so. We cannot be responsible for late or non-delivery when the address given to us is incomplete or incorrect.

prior to submitting your order.

Perishables ship on Monday or Tuesday so as to avoid being in transit over the weekend.

The Postal Service is likely to leave the package at the address (at the discretion of the carrier on the route)---signatures are not routinely required. We suggest that you consider giving us a business or office address where someone will be able to accept and properly refrigerate the perishables upon arrival.

We do not suggest shipping to a PO Box unless you are absolutely certain that your recipient visits that Post Office daily to retrieve their packages. Another option would be to inform your recipient of the anticipated arrival date so as to achieve the same goal. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value, if necessary, and all prices are subject to change without notice.

Each package to a single address is treated as a separate unit for the purpose of determining shipping & handling charges from the shipping chart below, which are calculated on total package weight.

To estimate your shipping cost, add the weights of all the items in each package, add a pound for packaging, and round up to the next even pound.

Multiple items to one address may result in package weights less than those quoted. If so, we will recalculate the weight of the package and only charge you for the actual weight of the package.
