Cheese Trays are great for any occasion from office get-togethers to family parties. These can be either all cheese or cheese and sausage, and the size you need is dependent on three things: the number of people in attendance, other foods that will be on the table, and how hungry everyone will be.

In general, figure 2-3 ounces of cheese per person: the 12" tray (5 varieties) should serve around 15 people, and the 16" tray (7 varieties) should serve around 30 people. You may choose the varieties you want on you tray, bearing in mind some cheeses may not work so well depending on how they slice. We'll help you with that when you call, or you can let us choose the cheeses.

Call at least 24 hours in advance of your function to place an order for these trays. These cannot be shipped, but if you are in the Madison area we may be able to accommodate you with delivery for a small fee. There is a $3 refundable deposit on each tray, which you get back when you bring back the empty tray.

For our Veggie Trays we find the freshest in-season veggies we can, cut them into bite size pieces, and then add a container of our signature Dill Dip to dip them in.

Cracker Trays are available but are a little hard to transport--you will find that you need to rearrange them once they hit your table. When we do a Cracker Tray, we take two or three types of crackers and arrange them attractively on a plate or tray. An alternate presentation would be to bunch them in a basket or bowl on your table.
