WisConcierge is the title given to Customer Service Representatives at House of Wisconsin Cheese. The duties of this position include customer sales, opening and closing the store, food preparation and delicatessen service, stocking, inventory, display work, cleaning, cash management, and providing information to visitors to Madison.  

This is a year-round part-time job with variable hours as business levels dictate. We are open most major holidays and throughout school vacation periods. All employees work some weekend shifts. Shifts are scheduled as follows: 

Mon-Sun 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm  

A uniform shirt, name tag, and daily meal are provided by the company.

Retail, food service, or delicatessen service experience is desired. Good people skills, flexibility and willingness to learn are valued as well. Handwriting must be legible, knowledge of basic math is essential, and employees must show up and work their shifts on time and as scheduled with a focus on providing excellent customer service at all times throughout the shift.
