Pine River’s award-winning Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread is made by blending cuts of Grade A--Wisconsin State Brand--Natural Cheddar, aged nine months, with cream and other dairy ingredients. These components are processed until a smooth texture is achieved. For the Green and Gold Cheese Spread, a precise combination of food-grade colorants is added to achieve the swirled-colors, with no effect whatsoever on the taste of the cheese. |
