Home Made Hash Browns

2-3 Medium Potatoes, peeled or unpeeled

Grate the potatoes, peeled or unpeeled, into colander, pat dry with paper towel. Add salt. Mince onion and add if desired. Heat oil over medium heat, drop the potato mixture into the oil and flatten with spatula. Brown the first side for about 3 minutes, then flip and brown the second side. and cook

1 tsp salt
1 Medium Onion (if desired)
Olive or Vegetable Oil

Way better than frozen...
